Double Garlic, Ginger, Chili & Lime Chicken

Double Garlic, Ginger, Chili & Lime Chicken

So easy and really delicious, thanks to Cindy's Kitchen brand Double Garlic Ginger & Lime Marinade. Usually I make my own sauces, but I picked up a bottle of this versatile sauce at my local Whole Foods one day to use as dressing. The first taste made my brain explode, it was so delicious. In this application, I've turned just a quarter cup of it into a cooking sauce for chicken and vegetables in a Crock Pot.  It's really simple and here's how it goes:

Ingredients:
Everything is stacked up and ready to go!

Chicken, any cut you like I used chicken breasts because that's what I had
1 large onion, sliced
1 lb. frozen thin green beans
Cindy's Kitchen Double Garlic Ginger & Lime Marinade (with the refrigerated dressings at Whole Foods)
Juice of 1 Lime
1 t. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 t. Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Salt

Directions:

Place the sliced onion in the bottom of the Crock Pot. Add the frozen bag of green beans. Place the chicken on top making sure to season the chicken with the Jane's salt and crushed red pepper as it's added. Squeeze on the lime juice and pour over the marinade. Cover the Crock Pot and set the temperature to high for 2 hours. After that, reduce the temperature to low and cook until done, about 6 more hours.  Or set the pot to low and walk away for the entire day about 10 hours or so.

Do not add any additional water! The vegetables and meat will add their own juices to mix with Cindy's marinade. It will be delicious!!
